  2. HCVoice Service Provider Session Bursting:
    1. HCVoice Service Provider (SP) Session Bursting is the amount of sessions the customer consumes over the committed number of sessions purchased as part of the HCVoice Service Provider Session Commitment. The bursting is billed on the 98th-percentile method and billed at the same rate as the Session Commitment Rate.

  3. HCVoice Service Provider Premise Deployment:
    1. HCVoice Service Provider (SP) must be deployed either in a 46 Labs Hosted Environment or in a Premise-based environment. We support deployments inside public clouds and private premise environments. Each premise based install is monitored by 46 Labs for uptime and performance. Command and control and analytics data is securely transmitted back to the 46 Labs Cloud and stored inside a customer’s hosted dedicated Reasoning Manager (RM). Multiple premise-based or hosted environments can be controlled from a single dashboard within HCVoice SP. 46 Labs is not responsible for troubleshooting premise-based connectivity or call-quality issues. If connectivity is lost between the premise-based installation and the 46 Labs cloud, the customer’s deployment will continue to operate without the ability to make routing changes or analytics until such time that the connectivity is restored.

  4. HCVoice Service Provider Hosted Deployment (DAL1 and IAD1):
    1. HCVoice Service Provider (SP) must be deployed either in a 46 Labs Hosted Environment or in a Premise-based environment. We support deployments inside public clouds as well as private premise environments. Each hosted install is monitored by 46 Labs for uptime and performance and hardware or connectivity issues are troubleshooted and remedied by the 46 Labs data center staff.
    2. Each HCVoice Service Provider (SP) hosted deployment is a private dedicated cloud environment which is only occupied by a single customer. There are no shared switching resources and no noisy neighbor issues inherent with shared cloud environments.
    3. Command and control as well as analytics data is securely transmitted back to the 46 Labs Cloud and stored inside a customer’s hosted dedicated Reasoning Manager (RM). Multiple premise-based or hosted environments can be controlled from a single dashboard within HCVoice SP. 46 Labs is not responsible for troubleshooting premise-based connectivity or call-quality issues, but will assist customers with hosted deployments.

  5. HCVoice Service Provider Hosted Media Sessions:
    1. HCVoice Service Provider (SP) Hosted Media Sessions is a service coupled with an HCVoice SP Hosted Deployment, which provides a managed bandwidth solution for the processing of media anchored phone calls through the 46 Labs Datacenter environment. Media anchoring allows SP customers to hide the topology of vendor endpoints in a call path. Additionally, it allows interface bridging between multiple HCVoice SP Zones. For instance, if an HCVoice SP Hosted Deployment customer wishes to bridge calls from a public IP to a private MPLS network, it will require media anchoring.

  6. Managed Information Service:
    1. A Managed Information Service is any service that 46 Labs supplies to customers, which involves the distribution of a datasource. An example of a Managed Information Service is a hosted LNP service.

  7. HCVoice Enterprise Session Commitment:
    1. HCVoice Enterprise is an enterprise tailored voice solution that allows businesses to orchestrate voice connectivity across multiple environments and service providers. The HyperConverged Connectivity™ (HCC) platform enables enterprises to manage, monitor, and cost connectivity across a worldwide network of site locations, service provider engagements, cloud service providers (Microsoft Teams™, Zoom™, Cloud Contact Centers, Twilio™, etc.),  as well as the 46 Labs Ecosystem of service providers.

The bursting utilization is calculated based upon the peak sessions consumed over the Session Commitment and billed at the same rate as the Session Commitment Rate.

  9. HCVoice Enterprise Premise Deployment:
    1. HCVoice Enterprise must be deployed either in a 46 Labs Hosted Environment or on Premise-based equipment. We support deployments inside public clouds, private clouds and private premise-based environments. If connectivity is lost between the premise-based installation and the 46 Labs cloud, the customer’s deployment will continue to operate without the ability to make routing changes or analytics until such time that the connectivity is restored.
