PCAPs

PCAPs refer to packet captures of a call and  provides information about the call so that the user can troubleshoot any issues . We provide a pcap for every call that traverses the switch. 

We suggest using Wireshark which is a free open-source packet analyzer, however you are free to use whichever program you prefer that can read pcap files.
