Trunk Group Level Blocking
A new functionality to block customers from sending traffic to specific or ALL vendors while also allowing the ability to block vendors from receiving traffic from specific customers or ALL customers has been added. This Feature is currently only going to available for termination and domestic calling only, however it can be used in conjunction with (for international termination) the Vendor Destination Exclusion feature that is found in Global Routing.
Head to the very bottom of a Termination Trunk Group. You'll see the new "Blocking on TG" section which will allow you to set up ANI/DNIS/LRN type blocks against all or a specific customer/vendor. The value field entry lengths are 1+ NPA, 1+NPANXX, 1+full number (4, 7 and 11 digits) which will allow for the remaining 2 block types NPA and NPANXX. We've included an expiration option, notes section and search filter as well:
